Welcome to LuxoraRTX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of luxorartx.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

LuxoraRTX ("we," "us," "our") is an online retailer of graphics cards and PC components, operating out of Strathroy, Ontario, Canada.

We make every effort to display product details, images, and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund, even after an order has been confirmed.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or unavailable stock).
