What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as the other payment options shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us at contact@luxorartx.shop as soon as possible with your order number.

Is shipping free?Yes — we offer free shipping on every order to Canada, the US, and the UK, with no minimum purchase required.

How long does shipping take?Orders are handled within 1–3 business days. Transit after that is typically 3–5 business days within Canada, or 5–8 business days to the US and UK. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. We're not yet able to ship to other countries.

How do I track my order?You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Are these new, sealed graphics cards?Yes — every card we sell is brand new and sealed in its original manufacturer packaging unless a product page states otherwise.

Do your products come with a warranty?Yes — every graphics card includes the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty length and coverage vary by brand and are listed on the individual product page.

Will this card fit / work with my PC?Each product page lists key specs (power connector, length, VRAM). If you're not sure a card is compatible with your build, email us at contact@luxorartx.shop with your setup and we'll help you check before you order.

What is your return policy?We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, and all return shipping is free — whether the item is defective or you simply changed your mind. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?Yes — exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you a prepaid return label and ship your replacement once we receive the original item.
